About ROAS Reports
Hi. I'm just some guy who's lived through the hell of managing advertising data across multiple platforms without proper infrastructure.
I've been on both sides of the agency-brand relationship. I've juggled seventeen different logins to check campaign performance. I've built Frankenstein spreadsheets that break every time a platform changes its API. I've watched agencies and brands waste hours every week on reporting that should take minutes.
And the worst part? The tools that claim to solve this problem either:
- Cost more than your annual coffee budget
- Require a 5-person data engineering team to set up
- Don't actually understand how agencies and brands work together
- All of the above
So I'm building something different. Not because I think I'm special, but because I've lived every single friction point in this workflow and I know exactly where they are.
The Friction Points
Credential Hell
Agencies shouldn't have to ask clients for passwords every quarter. Brands shouldn't have to share credentials via email. OAuth exists. Let's use it.
Platform Sprawl
Your clients run ads on Google, Meta, TikTok, and Bing. Their data lives in seventeen different dashboards with seventeen different metrics that don't quite match up. This is fixable.
The Permission Problem
Existing tools make you choose: either everyone sees everything, or you manually configure permissions for every single user-client combination. There's a better way.
Reporting Theater
You spend 6 hours building a beautiful report that your client looks at for 30 seconds. Meanwhile, the data they actually need is buried in a CSV you exported last Tuesday.
The Solution
ROAS Reports is built around one simple idea: the infrastructure should get out of your way and let you focus on the parts of advertising you actually enjoy.
That means:
- Native support for how agencies and brands actually work together
- Secure OAuth so nobody's emailing passwords around
- A unified view of data across all your platforms
- Permission management that makes sense
- The ability to export anything, anytime, in whatever format you need (it's your data, after all)
We're in private beta because I'm taking the time to build this right. No half-baked MVP. No "we'll fix that in v2." Just a tool that solves the actual problem.
Why You Should Care
Because I'm solving my own problem, and there's a decent chance it's your problem too.
If you're an agency tired of asking clients for access to their ad accounts, this is for you.
If you're a brand that wants transparency into how your agency is managing campaigns, this is for you.
If you're anyone who's ever thought "there has to be a better way to do this," this is for you.
